Who we are
This website is run by SYNO WAVE S.R.L., Șos. Gheorghe Ionescu Sisești nr. 266E, parter, Sector 1, 013824 București, Romania (CUI 51755624, Reg. Com. J2025032617002). We are the controller of the personal data described below. For anything about your data, write to info@synowave.com.
What we collect and why
- The contact form. Your name, email address, company, the services you tick and your message, so we can answer you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details when you visit, to deliver the page and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- The launch video. When you press play, the video streams from Mux, which receives your IP address to deliver it. We have turned Mux's viewing analytics and cookies off.
We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers, so there is no cookie banner. We don't sell your data or use it for profiling.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website.
- Resend Inc. delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Mux Inc. streams the launch video.
These providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and for a copy in a portable format. Write to info@synowave.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
